Love Notes and Gratitude

Hello wonderful community,

I have been loving being in the office a lot more the last few weeks as I have said goodbye to my summer hours. I got a new dog named Joe Joe, a highly spirit teenaged Mastiff that was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Missouri. He has been taking me on lots of walks and together, we are watching the leaves fall and change colors. Meanwhile, the kids are hiding their balls and other toys where Joe can’t find them.

I am touched beyond words to have been honored as a nominee for “Best of the Twin Cities” in the individual category. The Birth and Baby Expo is an event where the local birth community comes together, sets up tables, and offers information about they services they offer to pregnant families and those hoping to conceive. There are also wonderful speakers and educational presentations. It is really fun. It is also the only local event that I always have a presence at. So, if you are reading this, and it was you who nominated me, I am honored tremendously. And if it wasn’t you, but you’d like to vote for me, here is the link to do so: http://www.twincitiesbirthandbaby.com/vote-here/.

Updates at Lady’s Slipper: Becca Hall is delighted to now be offering Mayan Abdominal sessions at the clinic. If you are interested, please contact me and I will put you in touch with her. Qi Nordeast, who we have been hosting since mid summer, is moving on so we will have the front room back. For any of who having a hard time finding appointments that work, this should hopefully solve that problem. I just finished my Reiki Master training this summer so am loving incorporating this into the services I already do. Fertility patients, be on the look out for some exciting new offerings coming up VERY SOON.

Get outside, enjoy Autumn, eat lots of pears, black beans, nuts and seeds, coconut oil, avocados, and enjoy the abundance of the harvest.

In the spirit of healing,

Julie
